ABC-XYZ Childcare Ltd aim to always have at least one, if not two, well- qualified managers at every session and a general staff:child ratio of 1:8 to maintain the highest standard of care for your child. All staff have received an enhanced DBS check. We have an ongoing training programme for all staff including food hygiene, safeguarding, first aid and play work. Members of staff are also encouraged to undertake further professional qualifications such as NVQs.

Claire and I met when our eldest children started at Aboyne Lodge in 2003. I have 4 children who all attended Aboyne Lodge. We are delighted to have a fantastic team of staff providing a wonderful service – Breakfast & After School Care to many local families.

Sarah and I established the ABC Breakfast Club at Aboyne Lodge School in 2006. Following on from the success of this, we opened the XYZ After School Club, and were then invited to run before and after school clubs at the Alban City School when it opened in Sept 2012. Both of my daughters attended Aboyne Lodge School. We are proud to deliver high-quality childcare, and enjoy being part of the schools’ community.
